Recently stayed at the Van Alen on my way to High Point Market and wanted to commend the staff and service for their above and beyond attention and support of me during my stay. I had recently broken my ankle and was not exactly used to having to maneuver a business trip on crutches. To my astonishment and delight, the Van Alen Concierge, Saxon, immediately recognized the difficulties I was having and jumped into action. Not only did she assist me with getting to my room safely, but checked in with me later that evening and the next day as well. As an interior designer for a major furniture manufacturer, the accommodations were crisp, clean and cool with an on trend vibe, but hands down, it was the outstanding one on one guest service that will bring me back again. Absolutely wonderful apartment complex. The amenities and location are amazing. The care and cleanliness the staff ensures is 100% satisfaction. The staff in the leasing department are the friendliest of all apartments I’ve ever experienced. They do an amazing job with all of their tenant parties. We are very grateful to all the staff especially Danielle who has always gone out of her way with any questions or assistance we or any resident I know needed.

Yes! Free parking is included at Van Alen for leaseholders. We have a covered garage with a gated entry and the elevators come down from the parking to your floor for convenience. (Some restrictions apply)
