Horrible and unprofessional. My wife went to the optician three months ago and it is the hour that they have not been able to make her glasses. The employees answer and leave us talking alone. And when one gets angry they tell him that they are recording him to respect that they are pregnant and they end up hanging the lascada.

In all medical consultations it is the same, you will change clinic but you will continue waiting for the doctor to see you.
Just by going to the clinic and talking to the supervisor, it is a right for all patients to see the doctor they want.
