I loved living at the Trinity Commons apartment complex for 1.5 years. The management and maintenance teams are awesome. They are all very responsive, helpful and receptive to resident feedback! There are a lot of community engagement events, which was great! They are the best apartment management teams I have ever worked with! One aspect to improve on is to try and get all the amenities to be working as close to 100% of the time as possible. During my time living there, there were very few days where all the different amenities were functional simultaneously. The jet pool and Jacuzzi were out of order since early 2022 and the steam and sauna rooms were intermittently out of order in 2021 as well. If there are parts missing due to supply chain issues, then that would be helpful to communicate with the residents.

I recently moved in and the staff are very friendly and helpful. In particular, I worked with Holly and Lexi. Both made moving into Trinity seamless. Likewise, the maintenance staff provided quick service and are always friendly and willing to help. The building and apartments are very modern. It's also very close to Duke's campus. Trinity Commons fosters a warm and welcoming community!

Moving to a new state is intimidating but Trinity Commons has made it easy.
