Not bad not great. After living here about a year my biggest issue is the trash situation. Instead of having dumps or garbage locations throughout the neighborhood you have to drive a quarter of a mile down the road with all your trash in your car to take it out which gets extremely annoying. But the rent is good area is ok and staff are very friendly. It sucks that they charge so much to use the laundry room and that the hookups are only for stackable units though.

I really like my apartment! The location is also great. There have been some roaches, but I figured there would be since I live on the ground floor and live in the south. My major complaint was that it was not made clear to me that the washer and dryer hookups were only for a stackable washer and dryer. I didn't know and now I have a full size washer and dryer in my living room that I need to pay to have placed elsewhere. If I had known I could've had them moved, when I moved in at a fraction of the cost. (because I had an appliance dolly and a U-Haul already rented.)

This place is quite and safe. One of the best place I ever stayed. Within a mile this place got: public transport, restaurants, library, USPS, AMC, Harris teeter, etc… Even though apartment complex looks old, interior s are upgraded. I stayed here for so many years. Management use to change, however every property manager /maintenance people are professional and welcoming.
