I’ve lived here for a few months now, the maintenance guy, i believe he said his name was ishmeal, was very helpful with my move in process & getting my apartment all the way together. My work orders are always done in a timely matter and if it can’t be done the communication is still amazing. As far as the property, it’s in a good area and i haven’t had any issues so far with the office staff.

Terrible. The absolute worst place I’ve lived in. Original unit was unfit to live in, had to wait almost 2 weeks to be put into a different unit. Constantly “lost” my electronic payments. Never responded to any work orders I put in in the entire year I was there. The unit I was changed to had water damage in the bathroom. Nothing like the model, and super tiny. Walls are paper thin and the grounds are messy. Miranda and LaNisha have terrible attitudes. Alicia(I think is her name) is the only one with professionalism and common sense. I was never in the wrong but they hate problem solving and cleaning up The Forest’s mess. Tried to say that my lease ended a month later than it did, and when I needed housing verification done for the new place I was applying to Miranda blatantly lied and said that I had a balance on my account when I did not AND that I had not given proper notice to vacate when I did. The year from start to finish was stressful and unorganized. I would never recommend living here, it’s definitely not worth it.

I took my friend here to search for an apartment. Alicia is great! She answered all my questions and was extremely friendly the entire time. She made my friend feel very comfortable and answered every question she had. I would definitely recommend this community to someone looking to move in the area.

Hi I recently moved from Tennessee not too long ago, the Forest was the first apartment to accept me and my dog. With good prices, the leasing office did a wonderful job with the viewing and showing the in and outs of the complex. The manager Miranda was a great help with the few months I stayed and was very understanding about me having to move out early with my lease.
