I'd give them a 0 if I could. Dumbest policies for maternity I have ever seen!! Drove a hour and a half to see my newborn cousin and they won't let me take my daughter back because she's not the babies sibling. Also, my aunt, baby is her grandson can't go back to him until either the father of the baby or one of the babies two bothers come out! She came from out of state! I get the point of policies and the importance of them but these are just ridiculous!

pretty lousy. Up to date equiptment but poor atitudes. I GOT HIT BY A SEMI IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHTAND RELEASED BEFORE THE MORNING. THEY ARE PREJUDICE AND JUST DOWN RIGHT RUDE. UNLESS YOU HAVE TO BE SEEN AT THIS HOSPITAL I WOULD GO ELSEWHERE. I'M SCREAMING AND YELLED A COUPLE OBSCENITIES BECAUSE I WAS IN PAIN. THE NURSE SAID "I HOPE THAT WASN'T DIRECTED TOWARD US?" I TOLD HER IM IN PAIN. WHAT AN IDIOT. THERE WAS A WHOLE SOCIAL GATHERING AROUND ME WITH LAUGHS WHILE IM LAYING ON THE TABLE GETTING AN MRI. TERRIBLE SERVICE, AND VERY UNPROFFESSIONAL.

I tried to rate the hospital “0” but that wasn’t available! They don’t deserve a 1 rating. This is the worst hospital in “all” ways.!” I live 5 minutes away and I go to Columbus hospitals due to the “mistakes” they have made when treating me. Just remember “do you want that kind of poor customer service when your life is at risk!” BE AWARE!!! DON’T BE DEAD from incompetence!

I was treated very poorly buy the radiology staff. I Had a goiter and a very enlarged thyroid that was pouring thyroxine out I was acutely ill and had to make several trips a week over to Zanesville from Lancaster. The doctor was great, the staff was not. Their behavior was rude, arrogant . Talking down to me and acting like I should know that is coming next (the test are long and time consuming). The surgery was iffy and the pain control was barbaric. I won't be back I hope.
