Wish I could give negative stars. Susan Jones is absolutely terrible in managing apartments and working with people. Very little compassion for the tenants. Don't expect to receive any communication back from her or the company.

The office manager is not compassionate. She speaks to her residents as if she is the Warden and they are her inmates. She will belittle you and make you feel incompetent. If she dislikes you she will force you out. She doesn’t address any types of issues without making you feel like everything is too much of a bother for her to deal with. She also talks about other people’s business to other residents. She makes it hard for those who work for residents that reside there. I wouldn’t let my own parents live here. No one should be treated or talked to the way she does. Management is a huge problem in Zanesville. And this is living proof!

Worst place to live everyone there is being hurt by hurt. I was forced out because I walk too much and it disturb her beauty sleep. And by walking I never made it to the bathroom and she said I contaminated yhe apartment for peeing down my leg so all carpet was tore up and I got a 2600 bill. The resident is scared to breathe it's like she is a prison warden. I moved out with a broken knee. I dont recomend it to anyone that values there life and I moved out sat Susan would be great as a prison warden Did you know she is on the board of trustees for the senior center.i bet ig they knew they would ask for her resignation
