I've updated my rating of this place as they are trying to get things resolved. They are still working on the communication issues they have had with their residents in the recent past. Maintenance issues are usually resolved in a timely manner depending on the problem. Quite neighborhood, only noise is the loud cars leaving the auto mall across the street on daily basis, I like that though. Walls are thick so you don't really hear your neighbors from inside your apartment.

Update: The ZRS management team has improved in many aspect after a few months, and things are going in the right direction. I hope that they could improve the way of communication (and recently sending out survey is pretty good) with the residents in the future. With the improvements in the past few months and that the gate is fixed, I have no more complaints. Please my previous review below: This place just changed its management team, and these happened:1) the front gate is broken for 4 days. 2) Rent can only be paid via check, although they claimed we could pay online next month. Let's see how everything will be handled. Update: Apparently they handled the broken front gate issue very badly. It has been almost A WEEK and the gate is STILL BROKEN. They have promised to fix it by last Monday. And Monday they said Wednesday. So what? You are just going to delay two days every time we asked? We do not feel safe and we DO NOT recommend anyone come here to live.

I have sent many friends and clients to rent from this establishment. Its is supposed to be high end apartments and when you get inside it is very nice. My concern is with the gazebo in front with there name on it that now has a tent and trash under it. I went in to talk to them about it and they say its the banks property although it has there name all over it. That said I can not in good conscious refer anymore friends to Southpoint Apartments as the price per month is not indicative price charged because of the tent and trash out front. Not to mention the safety and theft risk associated with them allowing unknown people to live on there property. Its really a shame they don't see the effects to the community as well as their business model. I understand they are now under new management and the lack of engagement should be huge warning sign about how they will handle any problems you may have in the future.

I want to give a special shoutout to the maintenance staff at Southpoint Village: While everyone has been amazing (from the first initial tour, through now), the maintenance staff is SO quick to fix any issue, is always so friendly and they are extra sweet to our skittish and "bark-y" dog. You guys are awesome and we love it here.
