I have used this cleaners for about 3 months now. Startes out as a great place. The last few weeks not so great. I have had to return because someone overslept. I took a shirt in to see if they could remove a stain. When I received the shirt back the tape used to mark the stain was still there. Leads me to ask the question WAS THE SHIRT EVER CLEANED? When I tried to ask that question I was told I had to wait for a manager who was busy with another upset customer. I decided to leave the shirt and take my business elsewhere. CUSTOMERS OF THIS BUSINESS PLEASE BEWARE….

By far the fastest and friendliest dry cleaners in Charleston! I needed a rush job for my fiancé‘s outfit for a bridal shower and Erica?, one of the new owners I think, did it for me while I was waiting! I had a chance to meet the other owner Brad and he was very professional and super friendly. I can’t believe the price and the service that I get from this place. The new owners are a breath of fresh air. I highly recommend this place and will be using them exclusively for all of my dry cleaning needs. Trust me they are the best.
