Courtside has been nothing but helpful/attentive to our needs. Besides the laundry rooms getting overcrowded at times, we have no complaints. Just signed for another 12 months!!

Living here has been a pleasant experience so far. When we moved in, our water heater's pilot light couldn't ignite. However, after I submitted a maintenance request, they sent someone in the next day (Friday) to try and fix it. When this didn't work, they quickly had a replacement water heater installed on Monday. I know this was a pretty expensive fix for them. Even though this wasn't our fault whatsoever, I really appreciate how soon they got on top of this without any fuss. I expected them to try and slap a cheap band-aid type of fix from my previous experiences with cheap apartments, but they permanently fixed this without me having to fight for it. I'm still within the first month of living here, but first impressions have been great so far (with the exception of the move-in application process—this part had some headaches but we got it sorted out eventually). I know I've already written like an essay so far, but I will edit this review later down the road if necessary. Hopefully the rest of our time here will be smooth like it has been! Management seems to be a big improvement from what it used to be based on older reviews. 😊
