I work as a caregiver for Aspen. The staff is always so caring to me and the other caregivers. It really seems like a family. One thing I have loved while working here is the recognition you receive for doing a good job. Not all companies do well at this, but Aspen sure does. They are a wonderful company and being able to have my flexible hours to finish school has been amazing. My clients have become some of my closest friends, all thanks to Aspen.

I have worked at Aspen Senior Care for over a year and a half. They have been the best employers I have ever had by far, and treat everyone like family. The ladies (and Gary) in the office go out of their way to help caregivers and clients, and I have never heard a negative thing from any of my clients about the company or it’s management. I highly recommend using their service and working for them if you are looking for a flexible part time or full time job and like helping people.

I would highly recommend Aspen Senior Care. They were very good to work with and their communication was great. Diane took care of my father in a very gentle, kind and professional way.

We are a personal care agency helping seniors with all their non-medical needs. We work closely with several great home health and hospice agencies as well as other professionals serving the needs of seniors. Call us today for a no-cost, no-obligation, in-home assessment at 801-224-5910.
We do. The last thing you need to worry about is figuring out payroll and taxes as well as workers compensation. Aspen Senior Care handles this responsibility, which includes wages, taxes, insurance, reimbursements, and so forth.
Yes. Home for some of our clients is in assisted living and nursing home facilities, at the hospital or a retirement center, because these clients require extra attention or have constant personal care needs.
We are licensed with the Utah Department of Health as a personal care agency. One of the benefits of using Aspen Senior Care is that we carry worker’s compensation and liability/bond insurance on our caregivers. If a private caregiver or a company does not have this coverage, the liability usually falls on the client and/or their family members.
Our rates are based upon the length of visit and the specific needs of each client. They range in the mid-$20's per hour but many times we are willing to match our competitor’s rates as needed. We provide our caregiving services to clients needing assistance anywhere from just two hours to around-the-clock care. Please call Susan Johnson at 801-420-5167 to schedule a no-cost, no-obligation, in-home assessment today. Note: Many long-term care (LTC) insurance policies cover our services. We have an LTC specialist on our team to help you get the process started and to help get your claims paid.
We know that most seniors want to stay at home or with loved ones while they age. So, our mission at Aspen Senior Care is to help them live comfortably at home for as long as they desire. We love senior care because it makes us happy to do something that does good in our community, is fulfilling, and provides a service that we are passionate about.
We are interested in finding the best fit for both our clients and our caregivers. If either party is not comfortable for whatever reason, we will make new assignments and take other action as needed. This is important to us.
Each applicant is thoroughly screened as follows: (1) Comprehensive application and initial phone interview; (2) In-depth 45-minute one-on-one interview; (3) Criminal and driving record investigation/check and (4) Personal and professional reference checks. Each caregiving professional is directly employed by Aspen Senior Care and is therefore licensed, bonded, and insured.
No. To begin services we require a signed service agreement that doesn’t obligate you for any specific time. The purpose of the agreement is to review our services and to outline expectations. We do require a 2 week written notice for all cancellations except in case of hospitalization and death.
You can pay in a variety of ways from checks to cash to debit and credit cards. Some funding is available for those who qualify. [Please note that our type of services are non-medical in nature (as are assisted living facilities) and are not covered by Medicare.] Here are some funding options to consider: Long-term care insurance, VA Pension Benefit, Private Pay, Reverse Morgages, and Moutainland Agency on Aging.
We have a strong reputation for trustworthy, dependable caregivers. We love and appreciate our caregivers which means we have a low caregiver turnover compared to other agencies. In fact, many of our caregivers have been with us for over 5 years. Additionally, we are the only personal care agency in Utah to win the Best of Home Care® – Provider of Choice award from Home Care Pulse for over 10 years in a row!
We only hire caregivers who share our passion for helping seniors in Utah Valley live comfortably and independently in their own homes. We care about the character of our caregivers and want to be sure they are caregivers you can trust. We train them as Certified Companion Aides, Certified Nursing Assistants, or both to ensure they are professional, confident, and competent when working with our clients.
