Was in for a alignment on my truck. Called ahead an my boyfriend made an appointment for 3:30pm. I was here at 3:10pm. So I was way early. 4pm roll around an my truck still has not been taken back for alignment. Should never have to wait 30 mins past appointment time unless told there running behind when I check in. Appointment are made to be on schedule. I have a schedule just like a business does. Will most likely not do business here again due to Noone knows how to communicate with there customers here.

Logan Is a Great Guy! The low pressure light came on in my car & having recently had surgery on my hand/wrist & elbow I was physically unable to put air into my tires! I called the store & the gentleman said no problem to simply swing by & Park in front of bay 2...Logan knowing nothing of the conversation immediately asked if I needed help & after filling him in he smiled & said he'd be happy to take care of that for me! Afterwards he told me I was good to go & to have a great day! His parents need to know they've done a great job of raising an awesome & respectful young man! He earned my future business today!!

Pepboys has really changed a lot! They remodeled their store and have all new people working there! I love the remodeling that they did but I miss some of the people who were working there because they knew me really well and they were always very good to me! Now their prices have gone up more than likely due to the inflation rate that is everywhere but their service is still really good like before!!
