Hello I’m Eratomod6! Ever dreamed of being a robot?! Where everything is based on a UPH! Well this 9-5 triple bypass of a job will slowly but surely have you running like a headless chicken. Yes! I was an employee here once, and no I’m not upset. I was let go since I was only seasonal, but under the impression I’d be given the opportunity for full time employment and company growth. As soon as you walk through those doors, this is the narrative they will give you. As a matter of fact it’s not really all that “ Real Real”, but really “Fake Fake”. Management doesn’t understand the concepts of clear communication. In fact many employees don’t even know what the hell’s going on half the day. I’m sure a lot of them have lots to say since “The Real Real” isn’t taking reviews at this time on the “Indeed” job search. You can verify yourself if you’d like ;P. This company will surely take advantage of you because they know you have bills to pay. Some employees, management and HR will base their claims and disciplinary actions on favoritism, biases and stereotypes. Talk about being “professional”. And may I even add there's probably racial tension and sexist tension since a lot of the employees in higher positions are Caucasian females who seem to be highly favored. Meanwhile, you’ll have a large majority of employees who can’t speak fluent English doing hard labor, or male employees performing hard labor simply for being a male. This is an Amazon for fashion and consignment. This company is a failure no matter how glamorous they paint it! As an employee here you will be told this is an “ Equal Opportunity” job. It isn’t. I wrote this review in favor of those who are actually looking for a good job. Please! I highly recommend not wasting time here. Your life isn’t “Fake Fake”, it’s “Real Real”.
