I use to love going to the joint, but needed to find something to better fit my lifestyle and care I needed. I canceled with the West Ashely location in October of 2020 ( they even have my last visit on their records), but can't seem to find the cancellation document that I 100% went into the location to sign. I have had a membership at The Joint in NC and know that you must go in and sign a document to cancel your membership. I had my membership on auto draft on my flex spending card through work and I was NOT charged for November or December 2020. SO in my mind, it was canceled. Fast forward to the present day... I went to use my Flex spending card and it was declined, which is impossible. When I called to figure everything out, I have been charged $69.00 every month from Jan 2021 to the present day (totaling) $1449.00. They claimed my card was declined, and they sent me 2 emails to say, "We haven't seen you in 15 days". I never received these emails and I still haven't received anything after I requested this information. I spoke to Lauren at the front desk 4 times now requesting a call from management...nothing. Jenna from accounting called me to offer 20 visits, which is laughable. You would think after a customer doesn't show up for months, someone would call instead of continuing to collect money for a year and 9 months. Update: Yes, Jenna is the ONLY person to call me and she said I would be getting a call back from magagement. I never have. I have NEVER received these screen shots from you either.

You will not automatically receive the same chiropractor for each of your adjustments. We make our doctor schedules available so that if you find a doctor you prefer, you can stop by when they are at The Joint for an adjustment.
Yes, our chiropractors can adjust children of all ages, including infants and toddlers. We have discounted pricing on plans for those under 18.
Our clinic is an open adjustment room, so we do not have private rooms for our chiropractic adjustments. Further privacy in order to discuss issues of a medical nature will always be accomodated. You will remain fully clothed for the duration of your adjustment, so we recommend wearing comfortable clothes.
At The Joint Chiropractic, we aim to get you efficiently adjusted and back to your busy day. As a returning patient, your chiropractic adjustment will last approximately 5-10 minutes.
New patient experiences at The Joint Chiropractic should last approximately 20-30 minutes. This includes completing initial paperwork, a consultation, exam, and adjustment.
The Joint can provide chiropractic adjustments for our pregnant patients. One of the most important times for a woman to receive chiropractic care is during her pregnancy.
The Joint specializes in routine chiropractic adjustments, and therefore we do not offer massage therapy. Our chiropractors can provide manual adjustments to help you with your current condition.

We do not accept insurance. We are dedicated to making chiropractic adjustments accessible to everyone, and therefore we keep our prices lower than most co pays, eliminating the need to accept insurance.
Yes!. All of our chiropractic clinics are open on Saturday, and some are open on Sunday as well. The Joint Chiropractic is also open in the evening, so you can stop by after work when most clinics are closed for an adjustment.
No! We are a walk-in chiropractic clinic, so you can drop by for an adjustment when it is most convenient for you. However, we recommend giving us a call before your first visit to learn the best time to come as a new patient. Some locations do not accept new patients within the hour before closing, and some offer the option of appointments for new patients if you would like.
