If you go to this office, be prepared to pay higher than normal cost for care as well as a $100 dollar "facility fee" they add to your bill without telling you. Very shady way to run a business to charge a fee like this without notifying you when you get there. I guess this explains why I was able to get an appointment so fast because I will not be coming back...

The doctor I saw was fantastic and the front desk staff was very nice. However, as a new patient, you will be billed twice without notice. You will be billed once for the physician fee and once again for the clinic fee, essentially meaning you will pay TWO CO-PAYS under two different account numbers for ONE visit. They manage this by billing your insurance under a different account number listed under a different facility. As a practicing clinician myself, I would never work for a facility that handled their billing this way. With the absurd costs of healthcare, providers have a duty to be as transparent as possible and for those reasons I won’t be returning.
