I waited 1.5 months for an appointment, so today when I showed up 15 minutes early for my appointment as recommended and waited over an hour to not be seen I was very disappointed. I wish I could say good things about this place. I had to cancel my appointment because I couldn’t wait any longer, and with the office closing in 15 minutes it wasn’t worth 5 minutes of face time with the doctor. My only explanation was “next time you are waiting more than 30 minutes please come see check in”. MUSC should be ashamed of their patient customer service, I’m just glad I got my money back so I can now wait another 1.5 months to be seen.

A nice clean facility. Everyone was professional from the person at the door and the check-in clerk to the xray tech, PA, and physicians. We are very pleased with our experience.
