DO NOT LIVE HERE, I have been here for 2 years and I have regretted every second of it. There has been new managers every year and only one of them has ever been nice and they fired her and the entire staff when the new people bought this place. The new manager does nothing for people with complaints and there are currently people driving around on dirt bikes in the parking lot. They have been doing that for weeks at all hours. They charge you $11 for insurance when you have your own. They charge you $15 for “amenities” when they only thing they have is trash pick up. They have printers but we are going on year 3 with them not working and there isn’t even a gate here so I do not know where this money is going. People have been shot here and it is normal for shootings and parties to happen in the parking lot. They do nothing about people who break their lease because they need people to live here so if you have a loud person next to you or there are people always having parties you might as well enjoy the ride because nothing will be done. The new manager pretends to be nice but will not help you and is not even there on the weekends during the office hours. Random people come here all the time and I don’t consider this plan safe. The cops are here almost every night and this place is just embarrassing. Don’t waste your time here. Go to valley falls, they have a gate and I’m pretty sure it is cheaper!!!

Crime,loud parties, poor maintenance, & they like to tow cars away. I work 3rd shift & sleep daytime. My new car was towed while i slept & they even had the cars info. $200 to get it back. Moving out asap

Believe all reviews rating from 1-2 stars !!! I must say after being there since 2019-2022 with 3 different managers, there hasn’t been any changes other than new fees toward new services/equipment. The environment is trashy. There is no type of communication when concerning issues because nothing ever gets solved. Most importantly the area is dangerous and they don’t notify you about any issues going on in the area. Good thing I stayed on top of my billing statements because they will get over on you. Most times they can’t even tell you where the fees are coming from. Don’t believe they match roommates based on preferences because they don’t. You won’t know anything about your roommates until you see each other moving in. The past two years I had to deal with couples living in my apartment and still currently living there as I moved out. Issue never solved…always lived in a smoke free apartment due to my health until this year but that issue wasn’t solved either. Always lived pet free until this year and that issue was never solved. Every issue mentioned runs back to rule violations but they don’t care and nothing was done. Always had a issue with mail being “misplaced” and never found. Limited maintenance crew so work is not done in a timely manner. Last but not least they lack communication I can’t express this enough. Phone calls are answered when they want and you can never tell if they stay open by the list of hours and operation. Overall your stuck with any issues you may have because even the corporate office doesn’t even answer. HIGHLY DON’T RECOMMEND !!
