The facility is clean and staff are very friendly. There are various offices here and all of the ones we have visited were very good.

The doctors are all very professional and the physical therapy department is amazing, but recently I had reoccurring visits to suite 1400 ear, nose and throat department and the check in staff mostly one lady that’s on the right was always really rude and stand offish with me for no apparent reason and it really sours my mood when I have to go there and is just an overall unpleasant experience.

North Grove is an outpatient medical facility and they do have private exam rooms. Patients usually see physians at North Grove by referral from other physians.
