Unless you are a business owner, If you live in Spartanburg you know even then you mostly likely cant either.you cant afford anything they offer.They want 3 times the rent for places that aren't even updated,clean,and worth the price.They are rude because they assumed and judged me because of how i look, also they dont allow pets but even if they are service animals.

I be been living in one of their residents for 5years and they are the RUDEST staff I’ve ever came across especially the lady that sit at the front desk with the glasses and short hair.Everything I call about she go against it like she live there. When I tell her things need to be fixed she’ll say they don’t. Maintenance takes their time to come fix things. NEVER rent from this place it’ll be a waist of your time and money!

I love Roland managementI haven't rented from them since 2014. But they were great . i especially love Starr. She was not only understanding and compassionate but she had o wonderful personality.. I wish they accepted section 8. Id jump to rent from them again..

**DO EVEN TRY TO RENT FROM THIS COMPANY** Like everyone else affected by tough times I have been looking for a home to rent and came across this company. After touring the ideal place I made an attempt to submit an application with money order in hand. I was stopped at the door and was refused and was told "Sorry, someone already submitted an application and you will have to wait. If they are denied you're free to apply." After demanding to speak with the owner Roland proceeded to have an attitude and hang up mid conversation. Working in the housing industry for over 10 years I've never dealt with such a discriminating, disrespectful, and unprofessional company. Unless you have a "winning skin complexion" and are not a minority then don't even bother trying to apply, they will turn you down in a heartbeat. They rent to whom they want and not to those who qualify. And don't get me started with all the other FHA and HIPA guidelines they are blatantly violating...

No, payments can be mailed, dropped off in our payment box or you can set up your payments with your online banking. We accept checks and money orders in our payment box. We don't accept cash payments at all. Thank you, Roland Management
I believe they do for select properties. There may be a waiting list though. You will need to call the office to confirm.
IF the unit is ready to show it is a $20.00 cash key deposit. You bring that to our office and take the key and view the unit. You do get the deposit back if you return the key to our office the same day. Thank You, Roland Management
Do you have any house's available in 3 bedrooms
The owner has someone over there cleaning all the mess up and they have screwed the door shut to keep anyone out. With all this rain he has not been able to get anyone out there until today in between the rain showers. If the rain starts again they may not finish up today but they will be back once the weather permits.
