Horrendous customer service and billing department. I've wasted so many hours with unhelpful and rude people here trying to resolve my bill. I was over communicative with them about my insurance company working on reprocessing the claim and even had my insurance call them to tell them exactly how they needed to bill it. They did NOTHING!! And then low and behold I get an invoice from credit collections. I have nearly perfect credit that I've had for many years and this company's laziness and lies might hurt that. They claim to have sent multiple statements after my insurance told them they were working on it. I've asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that person would call me in 24-48 hours...and NOTHING - lies again. I called again to follow up after they didn't and was unfortunately connected to one of the worst customer service leads I've ever spoken to in my life - ANDY. This has been terrible through and through. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY if you can.

I would change the name too if my company sucked. Sad thing is, management does nothing but hire from a temp agency. This service requires skilled and professional people, not drivers that just need a job.

4500 bill in collections because they wont contract with my insurance. Did not receive anything from them in the mail but they claim to have sent statements to my address. BIG TIME SCAMMERS.. AVOID

4400 bill in collections because they wont contract with my insurance. Thanks for the balance bill. Also received nothing from them in the mail but they claim to have sent 4 statements to my address....I wish I would have made them verify my address the second they picked up the phone. Im waiting on statements from collections and them now...cricket cricket
