They never answer there phones have to constantly keep calling, and emailing no response, they keep saying we owe rent when we paid it we even have our bank statements to show we did, still saying on click Pay that we didn’t, and they won’t answer there phones ever !! If I would Of known that I would of never rented from them

IN SUMMARY: Don't waste your time. We finally found a house we liked. Since it was a $50 application fee per person we wanted to call and make sure that the house hadn't been applied for before we committed a $100 application. We were assured no one had applied for it so we moved forward. $100 later the next morning we were sent an email saying "congratulations you have been approved for "$ Amount" however the property you applied for is no longer available. I called them to ask why they lied to me and to ask if they had already taken the $400 listing removal fee from whoever purchased the property before accepting my application money. No response. I emailed them asking the same thing. No response. Later in the week they email me with some bull about "your application is still valid for 30 days please have a look at our other housing options." I responded to the email asking them to respond to my other email. This has gone back and forth for 3 emails now with no help. Pretty sure they just conned me out of $100 because all the properties they have available are all over the amount we were approved for by $200 or more. So thanks for nothing.

I applied for a home with this company and someone was already set to move in but Catherine who sent me an email NEVER mention that in her welcoming email! I moved my application to another property of Conrex as I was speaking to the customer service representative and was assured no one was approved for that property, I come to this site today and it's no longer available but I'm told our application will be processed in 24 hrs and I've heard nothing from them! Not to mention when I paid the fee to view the home I was charged twice for one transaction! Do better Conrex because this company is seeming to be shady and bad for business!

Office never answer the phone for any of the extensions. You leave a call back number and they never get back to you. Has double charged for rent one month. You email them and then they tell you to call, or put requests online.
