Has racially driven hiring boxes to fill. I was let go over an argument with a racist employee that butted in to a conversation which had nothing to do with race. This company prefers to hire low quality low competency staff at lower positions. Your better off finding a different Securtiy company for work and for your property.

They put you in a low paying position, preach about being there for you, they're not. They place at job sites where you would question your own safety. There's no support for you if something wrong goes down. I don't recommend applying took me a year of constant applying and calling to get an interview. It's a company that doesn't follow through on what they say.

Negative Stars, worked for this place for only 4 months. Every month there was a payday discrepancy, my field manager told me it took them 3 weeks to pay him. And my supervisor says it happens to him every once in awhile. If you're thinking of working here, DON'T. It's Now 3 weeks for me waiting on my final check. I'm reporting this company to the state, I'm pretty sure this is a recurrence for them. Apply at another security company. The worst company to work for, if you need assistance from headquarters, silence.
