So I never believe reviews because sometimes it’s just 1 off or 2 off but I really should have listened to the reviews for this company… I just bought a car on 10/13/2022 and my car started running hot and left me stranded on the side of the road!!! It is now in the shop and I have no way of getting back & forth to work because the claims department states until Pep Boys give me a quote they cannot put me in a loaner!!! I spent my 1k that I saved up for this to happen to me and at this point I just want my money back!!!!

THE ENTIRE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL THE BEST PART WAS THE SNACKS AND DRINKS LOL I LOVE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAD A ISSUE WITH A VEHICLE BUT I KNEW WHAT I WAS GETTING INTO // THE STORE MANAGER AND THE STAFF WERE VERY HELPFUL I WAS ABLE TO GET IN ANOTHER VEHICLE IMMEDIATELY!! ALSO I HAD TO LEAVE WORK EARLY BECAUSE I WAS A LITTLE CONCERN ABOUT THE VEHICLE BUT ONCE AGAIN THE STORE MANAGER AND HIS STAFF SAVED THE DAY TO MAKE ME HAPPY THEY REALLY DID HELP ME GET A CAR IM ABLE TO TRAVEL BACK AND FORTH TO WORK ITS ALL ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS BE PATENT GIVE THEM A CHANCE THEY WORK VERY HARD TO DO THEIR BEST TO SATISFY A CUSTOMER NEEDS REMEMBER IF IT WERE U BEHIND THE DESK U WOULD TRY EVERYTHING IN YOUR POWER TO MAKE U HAPPY !!! Well the get in the car process was simple and easy thanks for that.. only ok experience with this company.. if you can't what you really want.. just wait.. I was sold a lemon stop working on me 5 days before the 30 day warrenty ended. Wires cut and clipped.. I just want my money back.. I gotta pay insurance on a car I can't drive until further notice..
