Lived at the Bevy for a year. Really great management willing to go above and beyond. They always had prompt response times and when I had to extend my lease by a month they worked with me so I didn’t have to pay an arm and a leg for just a 1 month resign. Had no issues with our apartment itself and got our full deposit back which was nice. There was a problematic neighbor that broke many of the community rules and I was impressed with how management handled the situation (not just ignoring things). Nice location as well.

I’ve been here for 7 months now after selling my home and overall I really enjoy living here. I absolutely love my unit and floor plan, I actually have room for my dining table, big living room, full laundry, 2 bed, 2 bath, and there’s an entryway so you don’t walk right into the living room or kitchen. I have two dogs and there’s an amazing walking/biking path nearby. Within walking distance to great little shops/restaurants. New beer garden just opened up across the street too. There’s also a great dog park right here on the property. Maintenance is on top of it, almost everything that was needed is done within a day. Management is very kind and helpful. Only reason I’m giving 4 Stars is I wish they would be more strict on the community rules. Most residents are great, the bad apples of course stick out.

It has been only 2 weeks since I have been living here. Like mentioned by other reviewers the hallways are so dirty and smelly they are not cleaned or taken care of. The units are decent. 1) The package situation is terrible where all the packages are dumped in the front of the building ( inside ) and you have go through to all the packages in finding which one is yours. It is a big hassle and time consuming and good chance for being misplaced. Good Luck if your items are being delivered by Fedex, they deliver in-front of the 8600 Building saying that its the leasing office when they are supposed to deliver to your building. The apartment complex needs to invest in lockers so that items can be delivered securely and makes it more convenient. 2) There is huge construction going right now and its is noisy where I am living. At the moment it is okay not too bad but I am not sure how the noise levels will be once the Green Bay Road is open from the road traffic. If the package situation & noise levels gets worse then I would need to find a new place. I initially wanted to give 3 stars but the complex lost the 2 stars due to the package situation and the road noise levels.
