To everyone that see the reviews on Google about renting at this place don't. Listen to what the other people said about not moving there don't rent there. There others better places thats willing to work with you even when it's comes to refunding your money knowing we live in a time where people don't have money. They take your money rent somewhere else don't waste your time or money cause you won't get your money back

I can see the positive changes in Brook lane apartments the hallways and outside are garbage free and repairs are getting fixed 🥳 They have a new employee Bobby who actually fixed all my grandma repairs in one day last week and was professional not like other Maintenance people they had before.She been waiting for these repairs to get done for almost a year and I told him about the outside building entrance door was broke for months and he fixed it right away.

NEVER LIVE HERE THE PLACE IS A MESS . THEY SEE YOU OWE MONEY WHEN YOU DON'T. AND EVERYONE'S REVIEWS ABOUT dirty HALLWAYS AND LACK OF SECURITY AND CARS GETTING BROKEN IN OUR VERY TRUE. Very nice tenants but management has no clue to run the apartment complex.
