I moved here to Green Court Apartments back in September of 2021 and I must say that I was very impressed with the management, the well kept grounds and the atrium with it's live plants. As the omicron decrease hopefully we will be able to have some activities and positive socialization here. I salute Eric the property manager and Artemas who's is our maintenance specialist.

Today I applied for housing at Green Court. It was a wonderful, informative, pleasant experience thanks to Eric, the manager. He patiently answered all my questions, and I can sense that he truly cares about the tenants and the property. The grounds and common areas were very clean, including the model unit I viewed. And, the tenants I encountered were friendly. I look forward to moving there.

Yes! But you must be on a waiting list and your credentials checked out first before being accepted for a unit. The process usually takes 2 to 4 months.
