It's best to go up there and stand in line for an appt. this year. Go as early as 7am, because there will be many ppl. waiting in line because they have not been answering phone calls because the line is always busy or doing any online appointments at this location as of yet. that's why you have a better chance by going to this location early.

You can go there at another time as a walk in and give them your personal information and let them know that you had an appointment because the money for you is in the system.

Not sure about that. I know they help with energy. You have to call and ask or check out website.

No certain days they are open Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

They don't help with deposits for anything only utility bills that are already established and there is a process to follow to be approved for assistance.

Call 311 for emergency services referral because these guys are an government agency that's slow with assistance (if any funds) You need referral to an emergency assistance program, maybe a church etc. If you have children under 18 living with you DFACs in your county will help within 48 hours.

You can walk in and you need to bring the bill, your ID, and social security cards for everyone in your household. UPDATE:Because of COVID in person appointments are no longer used. Starting November 1st for those 65 and older telephone appointments are available. On December 1st services for all others will be online at facaa.org to make phone appointments and upload documents.
