There are people at this organization who are concerned and very helpful. However, there is one lady Miss Sims who has done everything she could to sabotage help for my wife! She does not often return phone calls or emails unless you go to her supervisor and then she responds. She's always out of the office or away from her desk. My wife has a disability, I wanted to make sure that my wife and I were doing everything legally not to violate any rules of this program. This lady added me to my wife's section 8 without me asking for that because I have a job. Then after she added me to the program she started telling us that my wife and I were no longer eligible for the program. I have asked numerous times to take my name off of section 8 and they have not done so. To make a long story short they have given us 30 days to get a divorce, a separation letter or for me to move out. MY WIFE AND I HAVE BEEN LEGALLY MARRIED SINCE 2013 AND THESE WERE THEIR OPTIONS. My wife cannot work and I don't make enough to take care of all of the bills and responsibilities and so now we are stuck with losing this section 8 in October by the way they have not paid any payments since about April or May and before then the rental office was telling us that they skipped payments and was telling me and my wife that we owe them thousands of dollars. There's a lot more bad stuff that has happened with this case worker but I'm not even going to go into it on here. My wife's first case worker was very helpful, very concerned and a very nice lady I believe her name was Miss Brown. This new case worker Miss Sims is not a very caring person at all! I feel so bad for poor people and people in need because the system just s**** on you

I'm not sure if it's their incompetent or if theyve been instructed to sabatoge clients out of their certificates. Either way , stay on your A game. There not to bright to begin with , and their lazy. While parading around trying to be somebody. They don't answer the phone or return calls and they don't respond to emails. They dont t have a sign in sheet either Don't hesitate to go above their heads. They never take responsibility for their inactions and are quick to blame someone else . .. the sabatoge is in session. It's counter productive as Black people to have so much education in one building. And not maintain any type of intelligence,self respect and dignity.. Piss poor Negus. Reclaim your Throne. Be More.

Selina Harris is a horrible person and caseworker. She doesn’t help her clients. Her resources are out of date and none working. She withholds information. Very Mean evil and prejudice. The entire staff are bullies!

This is a great organization with great employees. It’s kind of ironic that all the negative post are recent, seeing that love is all around. Post COVID-19. Well, they always have housing possibilities in the West! For me, nothing but great help, and resources from this organization.

A lawyer....who ever your land Lord is must ensure safety if not then u can sue them if anything was to happen....make sure u have a police report

It is a nice place. Do your research on any area you move in and always drive to the locations at night and during the day. All homes aren't listed on sites so when you see an area you like, go drive through it and you'll find more homes that may be for rent.

Yes, men can buy one would need to apply for a section 8 voucher with a housing authority that has open vouchers to give. Currently Fultion isn't accepting applications for Section 8 housing
