Disappointed...call them and they claim not to pick up in my zipcode. Gave me number for another organization but haven't heard from them yet. I am a dialysis patient so it really bothers me I cannot donate to them.

Awful customer service from scheduling to pickup(that didn't happen). The driver was extremely unhelpful. I overheard the dispatcher speaking poorly about me to the driver over the phone. And ultimately the driver snuck off while I went to find him a dolly to use. Because he did not bring one and no one mentioned it to me while scheduling.
