I dislike that they have No answering service, you have to leave a message and hope they call you back. I miss this about our last Doctor's office, they answered their phones and your able to talk to someone, that means a lots to me. The patience should be your first priority.

I recently moved to north carolina and have been experiencing bad allergy symptoms for the past aix monts while being here. I have ben tested negative for covid in the last 30 days. I made an apointment to see a dr. Where the staff was told of my allergy symptoms. Apon arrivial at 3pm on a thursday i was told that itchy red eyes and a runny nose were signs of covid and i could not see the dr and was asked to leave. I took a day off work and am still suffeing terrably but was refused treatment. Worst service ever the staff was rude and dissmissive. The said my cvid test was invalid and i would have to travel to gastonia for treatment at a urgent care. I would never recomend this office.
