Arrived on time for my appointment. Had a form to fill out and I was called back before I finished it. I have to give them credit for keeping the appointments on time and efficient.

They accused my 70 year old mother of being a narcotic seeker and sent her home in pain, and with no plans for a resolution to what was causing the pain. 2 days later, back at ER as her doctor said to go do. That he would send paper work and ordered. He did not send anything and we were leaving as we knew her surgeon had left by the time they triaged her 3 hours later. Of course the staff pointed fingers at who dropped the ball, and had no problem throwing each other under the bus. She finally got back, and a doctor listened to what all she had been going though and apologized and got things rolling thankful to him, but this was second time in that ED in 2 days. The doctor agreed and got her in for the procedure she needed the next day. She eventually got what she needed after 4 visits to ED within 2 weeks time.
