I would expect friendly helpful experts in a service area. Unfortunately this is not the case, and I won’t get worked up over it. Did not argue, went to another another retailer. Had I done my homework I would have seen their overall ratings and got the message from there.

My contacts were delayed by two weeks, yet I still received them and was notified via phone call/voicemail. Just as a note, hours should be updated on google. The vision center is closed on Tuesdays. Overall service was good, and I received the product I purchased.
