Dog came home covered in its own waste! I had my elderly dog stay for the week. They knew of her frequent bathroom needs and her inability to go all night without an accident and assured me they would attend to her need. With the way my dog looked it was apparent they did not attend to her need and left her to in her solid kennel.

I trust the caring staff to take care of Seffy like their own fur babies. She enjoyed the pumpkin spice puppicino snacks. Marcia does a great job with grooming her sometimes challenging doodle like coat.

I wont take my Shepherd anywhere else. The team at Pack Pet Resort is not only incredibly knowledgeable and skilled in animal care, but kind and courteous aswell. A big special thank you to Bethany who took the time to be patient with my little guy who was a little nervous about spending his first night away from home.

Typically they don't do pick up on the holiday itself. For example they just emailed clients the other day with the Memorial Day weekend schedule and there was no pickup on Monday. You'd have to call them about Labor day, wouldn't know if they have scheduled out that far yet.
I am a customer. This is a public forum. I believe that as long as you have met the vaccination requirements and completed the meet and greet it should be fine.
