Go across the street if you’re hungry. Been here two days in a row. Both times slow employees that don’t even acknowledge your presence there. Waited 10+ minutes to be asked what I want the first day and the order not only took forever to prepare but was also wrong. Second day I tried giving them a chance same story 🤦🏽‍♂️ didn’t even bother waiting 3 business days until they take my order. Are the employees not getting paid enough? They don’t look like they’re motivated to work.

Came in at aroumd 7 pm on 2-1-22. Had about 7 or 8 people waiting on food, so I knew they were busy, but no biggie, I wasn't in a hurry. After I'm standing at the counter for a few minutes, I hear a couple people yelling at each other in the back. Then the girl behind the counter turns around and yells to me and the other 2 people in line behind me "we are not taking anymore orders tonight", then just walks away. No explanation, no apology, nothing. I've learned not to expect much out of a truck stop fast food place, but this was pretty bad.

We stopped here on our way home from vacation. They appeared to be severely understaffed. It took us over fifteen minutes to get our food. The food itself was fine. The best part for us was the big grassy area next to their parking lot, which was a great place to let our puppy get some exercise before hitting the road again.

Cashier was awesome. Friendly wish I'd had gotten her name. And by far the best Arby's I've ever been to!! It actually had taste . I rarely eat Arby's because it's like 7 dollars for a sandwich I that has no taste!!! Good job guys! Yall won me over!
