The person in the drive thru was definitely one of the rudest people we've encountered in a while. It was so rude and bad I thought she was pranking us. Food was at least warm 🤷‍♀️

Just in General Wendy's has the best burgers, I don't believe they have ever messed up my order or forgotten condiments or any of the other annoying things most places do habitually. The food is always fresh even the Fries (again seems hard for most places to accomplish) the desert menu could be more but competing with their Frosty wouldn't be easy anyway 😉

went through last night, was second from the speaker and they shutdown the drive thru with cars waiting!! I had been waiting 5 minutes. Literally 3 cars got their orders while we waited. Is it common practice to just close while people are waiting in line?????? When I worked fast food you took orders till there was no one at the screen and then you closed. Till the drive thru was clear of the cars that ordered you kindly answered “I’m sorry but we’re closed for the night and just took our last order” not ignored everyone!! That was absolute bull and not professional at all!! So warning to anyone wanting food, if you pull up 10 min before close and wait in line, they will take their time to serve as little cars as possible and then shut down the drive thru on EVERYONE waiting! They don’t care about customers here.

Alright, see photos relative to why this is a 3 star. Also, Gina, the manager who was filling in from another store, took care of me no questions asked. That's how it's done folks. Someone messes up, boss lady fixes it. Thanks again Gina! Supposed to get a DOUBLE BIG BACON CLASSIC, and got whatever that is in the picture.
