The gentleman who helped us, I really wish I knew his name, gave excellent customer service. I only go out of my home once, maybe twice, a month and I usually meet some ok people. But today, he was a breathe of fresh air with his helpfulness. He's a genuine, down to earth person. I actually had fun today trying on shoes. It's been over a year since I've done so and this gentleman made every bit of my shopping trip and experience worth it.

I was looking for hiking shoes. Went to the Arnold, MO one 1st and found one that I liked. It was a web return and not my size. The wonderful sales lady, sorry I didn't get her name but she has an Associate number 272211 called the Fenton, MO store and they had one in a different color. It was on hold for me when I arrived. When I arrived Joe was a big help. Tried on the shoe which was not the color I wanted. But trying it on first to make sure it would fit right was a good choice. Told Joe I would like the darker one and he ordered it for me. A Big Thank You To Both Stores !
