Positive: Comfortable decor and layout. Great breakfast, though the famous cinnamon rolls I love were all gone. :/ The bed was quite nice and I slept very well. I've stayed at many hotels in Idaho Falls and this one is my clear favorite.

My stay was very comfortable, the staff here are very friendly and courteous. Room was clean and serviced properly. I would recommend this as a good price and value for travelers to the Idaho Falls area. It is conveniently located to the area with walking distance to good dining and shopping choices.

I am from the Bay Area but had a sibling getting married so a few members of my family stayed at this hotel. I stayed from April 21-25 and everything was great. The lobby, breakfast room, halls, pool room and common areas were all super clean and tidy. Staff was kind and extremely accommodating, especially when they saw our bridal party running around trying to grab everything on our way to the wedding. Breakfast had a good array of food and was kept stocked well. Even the airline staff was professional and kind (I often saw them in the eating areas and shuttles). The shuttle service is open pretty early and late and the airport is quite close. It was extremely helpful as a solo traveler, as one of my flights in was delayed in SEA for Air Force One so I was worried the shuttle would be closed. Restaurants nearby (diner and Latin food are right next door and there’s more commercial eateries like Texas Roadhouse, Five Guys, Starbucks, etc within a fifteen minute walk) are great as well. I didn’t bother renting a car because it looked like most things were within a twenty minute walk so I often walked to Target to pick up things I needed. The rooms are quite clean and somewhat updated. The bathroom lights scared me at first because they kept popping but once the electricity settled it was fine. But other than that, my stay was great! I super appreciate all the staff and their help and if I visit family again I’ll be happy to stay at this location in Idaho Falls. Thank you!

I stayed here Mar 7-Mar 10 for a medical reason for my elderly boss. The intended stay was just one night and turned into 3 nights. Wynette and the ENTIRE crew who worked that week were absolutely amazing! They were incredibly friendly, more then accommodating for my bosses special needs and were very compassionate. I would highly recommend staying there for any reason! It will be the only place that I stay in the future!!! Thank you so much to everyone that was working during my stay!
