The hotel was serviceable. Room was large and clean. The bar restaurant was over crowded and understaffed. We felt very sorry for the poor waitress who was there all by herself during the breakfast rush. What was most shocking and upsetting was the group of aggressive pan handlers who were constantly on patrol around the perimeter of the property. They would shout and attempt to lure anyone who stepped too close to the edge of the parking lot. They were there 24/7 all day. Telling them no or that you had no cash did not deter them. For that reason alone we will have to stay somewhere else when we return to Waco.

Walking distance to Magnolia Silos, short drive to the college, walkable to downtown Waco, outdoor, shaded pool and hot tub, rooms are 'standard,' but very serviceable. Very nice staff. Free parking. The bad news is that the hotel is located right across the street from the Salvation Army's Homeless Shelter and 'Soup Kitchen,' hence there were (literally) individuals 'camping out' on the NW, SW, and SE sides across the street at various points during our one-night stay; parking is not gated.

Positive: First time we took our dogs and they and us had a wonderful time. We love it here! Staff is amazing! Negative: Nothing I would change but a web came you could rent to watch your dogs would be cool.

The cleanest hotel I've stayed at in a while. The towels were soft and the walk in shower was very nice. They even had a lighted makeup mirror in the bathroom. We only ate at the restaurant for breakfast but the server was very friendly and the food was beautiful. The hotel is within easy walking distance of several restaurants, the Magnolia Silos, and the Dr. Pepper museum. The only negatives were that it is close to some train tracks and the occasional train can be loud, and we could hear footsteps upstairs a couple times. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Not a good hotel at all for safety, no desk attendant present at 6:10 am, had to ask employee setting up restaurant where the front desk attendant might be located. Walk out the front door heading to the car and see what I believe is an employee in a green safety vest and instead find him shirtless and after he passes me see him looking through the garbage can next to the front door. I find the front desk employee when I return from my car and tell him of my experience and he tells me the homeless look for cigarettes they can smoke in te trash. This is private property hotel with people searching the trash right at the front doors, guess Indigo Hotels can’t afford proper security for the guests.
You will need to contact the front desk
Well i guess my wife and i will be spending our wedding anniversary some where else
