Positive: The staff was excellent during the entire stay. Hiring good people that do their job well is a credit to themselves and the hotel. Negative: Our room was way too small. Could barely move around without bumping into one another. For the price I paid I would have expected a much larger room.

Positive: close to Baylor, quiet. Overall, this is a good place to stay. Negative: Two things, one is fix the darn coffee situation. Starbucks down for coffee for several days. Two is your staff is pretty good, and I think it's hard to keep staff these days. But I asked basic questions about Baylor and got a very vague response.

Positive: The location was perfect if your looking for something downtown. Both the morning and evening staff was exceptional. Negative: Our only complaint was the person walking heavily above us. If we stay here again I¿d request the 3rd floor.

We walked in today with no reservations due to employee error with another hotel. Rachel was working the front desk and she was AMAZING!!! She got us a nice room, poolside and a great rate due to our problem elsewhere. She appreciated us being a member and said "We want you to come back". WOW!!! Now THAT'S customer service!!! I will tell ALL my friends coming to Waco to stay here!! Very clean, updated & great staff. THANK YOU, RACHEL & Courtyard Marriott!!!

It is good if you are looking for something quick. But do know that it is not included with your hotel stay.
I just stayed there and don't remember a hot tub. The bridge is fine, J Loved Loved is a hater.
i never stayed more 23 days a week.. i would call and discuss rate they are willing to work with you... but this place is busy so vacancy can be tricky
It is all free now. Not to long ago, lobby WiFi was free and room WiFi was not.
George's restaurant is great and a Waco institution. probably a 5-10 minute car ride. But I'm sure there are some great restaurants downtown even closer. I would ask the front desk when you check in.
Yup. Deli and Starbucks. You can get beer, but no bar.
