The room, bed, pillows, and staff was good. I was surprised when we were charged $25 for the night for a certified ESP.. We were not told of the charge at check-in.

Overall the hotel is clean but needs so freshening up. No vending machines/drinks on property so very inconvenient. The people at the front desk when we checked in were wonderful, along with cleaning staff but the lady with king brown curly hair working the front desk tonight was absolutely awful, rude and must hate her job!!

The property is clean, well maintained and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Most importantly to me they honored my preferences on room location. They are doing construction currently.

Staff as always was phenomenal and went above and beyond. 5 stars easily. The low rating is due to the quality of the hotel itself. It is located next to a busy trucking roadway, and the rooms are not soundproofed enough to block out the noise. You can clearly hear the traffic noises from inside the rooms at all hours of the day and night. This made it hard to sleep at night. The rooms are pretty beat up and require an update. Luckily they are in the process of renovating. Honestly if the soundproofing problem was fixed I would have had no issues at all since sleep quality is my number 1 goal wherever I stay. Hopefully the renovations take this into account.
