If I had to bet every single penny I ever had in my entire life I would bet it on the sonic in Carthage messing up my order. Every single time I come here and get mozzarella sticks have to call back and ask for ranch when I already asked for it the first time I ordered. And when you do call back for ranch they only bring you one. Food tastes decent but worst service out of any other place I have ever been to

Horrible experience, waited 20 minutes for the wrong order to then be shorted a large fry when the bag was returned. Paired with many other terrible experiences, would rate 0 stars if possible.

We used to come here for half price burgers. Not as often for the past year or so because the burgers have come out completely soggy, and what's worse, they appear to have been sat on, stepped on, or squashed under someone's armpit. The people who work on Tuesday night have a very hard time getting an order right. They like to sit there and argue with you about what they got wrong, but I always order online so I just pull out the receipt and let them read that (assuming they can read since they seemed to have a problem the first time around). It's ok to make a mistake here or there, but their problem is flat out a sloppy, lazy, work ethic with a careless often rude attitude. We go to the sonic in Tatum now. They make the best burgers, they're helpful, and so far they have gotten all my orders right.
