I came into this store today trying to fix a hot water pipe issue. The helpful employees got me all the supplies I needed that were still in stock and even though they were very busy, took the time to call other stores in town and located the things I needed that were out of stock due to the weather and had the other store hold them at the counter so I wasn’t having to drive around needlessly with these road conditions! Will definitely be back!

Had a water break from lines freezing due to freezing temps and we just needed a couple of parts. We called and asked them to please wait just a few minutes after closing for us to get there. They were quick to tell us no. The roads were still icy but driveable. They have lost our business. They should have been underatanding during these times.
