The heavy lady was horrible. I just moved to the area and wanted to update my address. The lady had no patience with anything. She acted like she didn’t want to hear anything from any of us. I was just trying to sign in on the computer. I’m not sure why she was so short with me, but she definitely needs customer service retraining! Terrible. If I could give no stars I would.

This place has had a bad reputation for years, but I had no problems at all. Maybe I just went at the right time, but there was no line and it was a very simple process to renew. I took the application (already filled out) and plenty of documentation (since I've read about all the nightmares elsewhere) but only needed my birth certificate. Picture, thumb prints, vision test, credit card, and I was out of there. If you think that's bad, you've never had to do it in Tyler or DFW!

Got the info to get boys license,very helpful. Try to call but no answer,found out Austin dmv took out the direct line. So you must go in to get answers that you need. But other than that no problems.
