Room on the first floor had a musty smell obvious water damage in the walls. Air conditioning in the breakfast area was out so they brought in temporary air units. The building is in need of a remodeling. Staff was very helpful and nice. Breakfast was excellent.

The General manager loves to disappear to her back office. You would think she was drunk. Multiple rooms have a bed bug problem. The walls are pulling the carpets are sticky stained and lumpy. The top sheets looks like they haven’t been changed well they look decent but they did have a Oder as if someone else slept there. The door locks are trash. Our keys died or the motor lock on the door has died. 0/5 stars if I could oh you can tell the one front desk girl is related to the one who kept coming from the back don’t think your mom should be your boss it looks really bad.

Positive: The staff were very helpful in getting a roll a way bed for an unexpected guest. They were always able to answer any question I had and were able to assist me with any need. An excellent staff. Negative: Need to have biscuits every day. Of course that is just my preference.

I actually thought the bold decor, red walls and black molding and wainscoting was pretty cool looking and worked well with everything. Also best egg omelettes I've ever had from a complimentary hotel breakfast before along with plenty of other quality selection variety. In the room the pillows were great-mediumish down and 4 per bed.

That's not what mine were like when I was there a few months ago, mine were regular pillows as usual.

No only service animals
Not all Hampton Inn & Suites allows pets. It depends upon the location. I belive this one only allows service pets.
