If you have bestbuy warranty, you would need to call and see if it's something they do in house. If so, if it can be done in the time frame that you are comfortable with whole traveling and they can give you a price on repairs.

They have customer service. So you can ask them about it and they could tell you where to buy the piece. Or you can get a refund.
I was told over the phone, when I open a Best Buy Credit Card I would get a 10% discount on my first order. When I went into the store, I was told that is not true. I'm very confused. Please advise.
