This is a very nice place for an elderly loved one to live. The apartments are very nice and they have a nice laundry room and indoor mailboxes. They have trash pickup at your apartment twice a week. And the manager does an awesome job of being on the spot!

This is a PRAC 202, which requires head of household to be 62 or over and the rent is subsidized through HUD. Resident rent and utilities are calculated at 30% adjusted gross income. Resident annual income must be $27,050 or less.
