The place is apparently being remodeled but our room was fine. Both beds were super comfortable. The room smelled pleasant and appeared clean. It has a mini fridge but no microwave. Ice machine didn't work but when we told them at the front, it was fixed in minutes. The TV is surely from the 90's..lol. Still works though. The highway traffic is a bit loud but not as loud as one would expect. All together a nice lil place.

Overall well kept place they are on top of anything breaks right away they fix. My kids stayed here and I like the fact the have security there and gated so they keep all Occupied tenants a little safe and secure to know he walks around and checks everything going smoothly I give this place a 5 star. I highly recommend this place. Manager is on top of her stuff any issues go to her!

Other hotels should take notice, the manager Lisa is the best. She takes care of business and has a staff that keep the rooms clean, and guests happen. If you need to stay some place over night or longer you cant get a better hotel . My wife and I have stayed all over the valley and paid much more a night, no place compares. You feel welcome and at home when you stay at Premier Inn.

I had read all the bad reviews on Premier Inn, so a bit disappointed because I had a great experience there 12 years ago. I went to the location saw it was a little run down. When I went in, I was greeted quite professionally by Corina and Lisa at the front desk. I explained about my past experience versus what I read in the reviews. Lisa explained they are under new management, and they are remodeling. They explained they are trying to clean up the clientele. I asked if I could see the room I was going to stay in before I pay. They had housekeeping show me the room. You could tell they are remodeling but the room was very clean. a bit empty but comfortable. Wooden floors a nice pedestal sink, new shower stalls. it was nice. A lot of remodeling being done. Overall, I was quite pleased with Lisa and Corina... very professional positive ladies. I watched how they were with over customers, impressive!! Thanks Lisa and Corina!! you made my 3-day stay very nice!!
