I have always serviced my vehicle here because I saved money by purchasing service plans. All my oil changes have been an 1 hr+ during which I just go on a walk. This time, I scheduled scheduled an appointment at 10:00 am. The people were helpful, but scheduling means nothing. So, plan ahead and have someone pick you up. Leave and come back in 3-5 hours. Don't bother scheduling, just drop your vehicle off and leave. At11:00the vehicle was pulled in for the oil change.

I recently purchased a 2022 RAM 3500 from Rairdon’s in Monroe. I actually ordered the truck through them back in late October of 2021. This process was super easy. My sales person sat down with me to go through the build sheet to get the truck exactly the way I wanted. After putting my deposit down, my sales person was in constant contact with me on the build status. As we got close to delivery they worked with me to prep on doing the deal and financing. Of course some of it had to wait until they had the vehicle on hand. On delivery day, we did the test drive while all the paperwork was prepped and my trade was evaluated. I feel they gave me a fair deal on my trade, and they really went the extra mile to ensure I was happy. I knew what I wanted and never felt pressured to take something on the lot, or get something I didn’t want. The entire Monroe team was friendly, and the experience they gave made the wait on the order worth it! They were great to my kids too! My 13 year old got to got to sit and check out a hellcat which made his day! Highly recommend!
