Scott was extremely helpful. Both he and James were easy to work with. I have additional equipment to be installed. Scott and Stacey are on top of it, and are arranging to have the items installed at my residence. The items include an awning, a window blind and a slide cover.

The whole process was a nightmare. We showed up on the delivery time and it wasn't ready. We waited 2.5 hours and brought the camper home. There were several discrepancies and the service manager came and picked up the unit. We got it back and was still have problems with the brakes. I took it to my local shop and had them to pack the wheel bearings. About $600 dollars later the brakes are fixed and working properly. The backup plates were cracked and the brakes were worn out and they emergency disconnect switch was bad. I don't think your company will ever get a recommendation from me.

Jackie was great. Went in knowing what we needed, and we were treated quickly, saw many other options just in case, and bought our RV within 3 hours start to finish. Will update if anything else arises but so far 10/10 experience
