For years Monroe was my favorite Goodwill in WA, that has changed. The rows are neat and organized. Kind employees and quick drive thru drop-off line. Full stop. The prices are no longer thrift. A used t-shirt or shorts should not be $7.99. A target clearance item only $2 less than box store. You have zero cost in products. If the Goodwill goal is to provide jobs for people, what type of jobs are affording the people buying the merchandise at $7.99-24.99 for used clothes? Price low, sell more, give more. Greed will not go well in the long haul. 🙄

The most organized Goodwill I've ever seen! Everything was clean and in its own spot. They even had dishware all taped together so you could get a complete set. Very nice store and the workers had a smile and were engaging. Would recommend!

Extremely high priced for a thrift store that gets stuff for free. Examples: beat up cooler $60, 25 year old computer monitors for $35, stereo from the 90s $99, pet heat lamp $20 (more than it cost new), pilly blankets for $15, dog leash $15, bad sewing machine $35, dollar tree items for $3-5, etc

They staff put the wrong stickers on the items I wanted to buy, so when it rang up it was at the wrong price. They accused me of switching the price stickers to get a lower price. After about 5 minutes waiting while the staff bubbled around and accused me of attempting to steal, I said I didn't want it anymore. These people are not worth buying from. They told me "we get price changers all the time." They treat customers horribly.

The Goodwill in Monroe is part of an e-recycle program that is paid for by a tax that is paid by electronics manufacturers. So yes you can take old broken electronics and drop them off at Goodwill.
Yes we are, they will be open 9:00am-3:00pm; our workers are posted outside to direct all vehicles on where to go. Due to the new health policies and guidelines, we are not accepting furniture at this time; also all donors are required to unload their donations themselves into the blue bins provided. Please feel free to call with any questions.
They stopped when people started using them as a dump so they didnt have to pay the 20 dollar dump fee. It all depends on the material handler accepting it as well. Some have higher expectations. Sometimes the "nasty" stuff is a collectible or older item that people like and can easily fix. Goodwill doesn't have room to be used as a dump
No, we do not.
7pm daily unless there's extenuating circumstances like snow or they run out of space for donations.
Love this Goodwil everyone their is ssf o nice Nd yheu have great items
Everyday at 9am to 3pm for now
We re-opened in June. Store hours are 10am to 8pm. Donation hours are 10am to 5pm.
We've had them in the past, and it all depends on what's donated to us. I don't believe we have any currently.
Call the store.
They do e-cycling outdoors; scrap is on the right side of the donations line.
I do believe they start taking donations when they open in the morning at 9 am
There are times i have seen some there and times when i haven't. Like said above it's hit and miss.
Mon- sat until 7:00pm, Sun until 6:00pm
